Gathering submission form link

I was in the Gathering Discussions forum and clicked on the link 'here' under Gathering proposals, and instead of taking me to the proposal form it brought up the same page again in a new tab.

I.e. first tab URL was http://www.jediresourcecenter.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=13

clicked here and it brought up new window with http://www.jediresourcecenter.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=13

Not a major issue but should be 'on the list'.

On second thought the submission form isn't available at all that I can find (not on the Submission forms tab) so maybe a little higher priority
