Hey Everyone,

I'll be doing an interview with Knights of Awakening (http://www.knightsofawakening.com/) on BlogTalk Radio (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Knights-Of-Awakening) Sunday November 15th at 4 pm EST, if any one is interested in listening in. Angelus and Inari may also call in to talk about the upcoming Gatherings.

Anyone else is free to call in as well if you want to talk about Gatherings or anything else JRC related. If you need more information about the Knights of Awakening or how to listen in, check out the "Welcome" tab on their main site (http://www.knightsofawakening.com/). If you miss the live show, the Knights of Awakening usually have old shows available for download.

Thanks, Brandel! The radio show went well. Angelus and Inari joined in and we all talked a bit about the JRC and the upcoming Gatherings. I really hate talking on the phone, so my voice is a bit quiet and hard to understand, but at least we got the name of the JRC out there so hopefully more Jedi will join in, particularly in signing up on the Jedi Map.

If anyone wants to download the show or listen to it online just go to the Knights of Awakening page on BlogTalk Radio (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/profile.aspx?userurl=knights-of-awakening) and scroll down the left side of the screen for "On Demand Episodes." I may also try to see if Adam can upload the mp3 file somewhere on this site.

The Knights of Awakening actually have very similar goals to our own, so I definitely recommend listening to some of their other shows as well which include interviews of other online Jedi groups in addition to many other Jedi-related topics.

We should hopefully also be doing a follow up show closer to the Michigan Gathering, so I'll keep everyone updated about that.

Sounds great. And I think the phone connection made a big difference in the volumes of voices. Inari came through loud and clear on skype. And speaking of Inari - she has an Australian accent!:sSc_shocker::tongue21:

rofl another guy(like me) that likes the sound of women with aussie accents. :D
most likely we do because it's something we don't hear too often

kiwi's and aussie's have very similar accents....just don't refer to them as the same...lol...

I personally won't take offense if people mistake me for a Kiwi, but some do (and vice versa).

And yes, I am Australian, not a Kiwi. And I HATE that 'Oy oy oy' thing. That is for yobbo's (rednecks).

noted :sHa_thumb:
I learned it when I was hosting some fighters from down under for a tournament. We had a blast hanging out and learned little nuances of each others culture. But it is cool to learn "yobbo". Now I'm going to try to use it sometime in the next week.

Thanks for having us again! I greatly appreciate your support for our site and in promoting offline Gatherings. I also appreciate the great thought you put into the questions you asked. Hopefully we can do another show in the Fall as a follow up to the Michigan Gathering and to promote the upcoming NZ Gathering.

:) the community is always welcome to our show. It is really a big part of why the show exists in the first place. We always have a hand extended to ALL groups in the community and hope they take their turn on the show. Perhaps there are those here who could help us get those invites out to the others. You guys (the guests/communities) are the reason why these shows are fun and interactive, you guys are the stars. We have the easy part :sHa_hehe:

We are always on the look out for others in the community who wish to host their own show, we would facilitate and help where ever we were needed. We would not have to be on the air with the host, only help run the station in the background. Of course if there are groups that wish to have their own shows away from us that is great too and we would lend any assistance to them as they needed.

At any rate, you my dear always have an open invitation to come back as often as you like.:)
