The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago will offer an extensive course on CPR/AED and First Aid at their Hillside Center. This knowledge is crucial for any endeavoring to be a Jedi.

In addition to CPR, this course also includes training in using an automated external defibrillator (AED) on an adult and child victim of sudden cardiac arrest. This course will cover breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults, infants, and children, as well as first aid topics such as sudden illness, heat and cold emergencies, and basic precautions to prevent disease transmission.

It is a 10-hour course including breaks.

You will gain certification in First Aid for 3 years; Adult and Child CPR/AED for 1 year; Infant CPR for 1 year

The fee for the course is $90

nice,....the only other way i know of to get the same training is in bootcamp for the military...of course they made us spend 3weeks studying it(4hours a day, due to other classes we had to take)
