Hey All,
Jedi Phoenix here, finally decided to get back over to this website since the gathering was such a hit! I hope to float around here, see what I can comment on, etc. I'm planning on joining up with the Maryland Jedi right now, but maybe one day (soon) get a NoVa chapter started so that we can really start expanding who we are as Jedi Realists.
But anyways, good to see everyone:sHa_wave:
Oh! And I know I mentioned this website to a few people at the gathering so if you are interested: http://instituteforjedirealiststudies.org/

Good to see that you're still around Jedi Phoenix. The Jedi Unity group seems to have stalled, but from what I gather most groups of jedi around the world are still moving in the right direction.

Hey Phoenix let me know if you would like some help running a martial arts portion of your meetings.
We can work something out where you come over every two months. You can bring a video camera I'll set you up with enough lessons and practice drills to last that long.
My brother lives in Fairfax maybe we can meetup when I visit him. If you're serious about starting up a NoVa Chapter I'll help out anyway I can.

OMG Fairfax is my backyard! That would actually be awesome Stan! Keep me posted =] And yes, martial arts would be a nice draw in when I first start advertising the group. And like you said, it would be nice to train a bit with you first so that I can get my own bearings (let's just ignore how I do a roundhouse kick^^)
And hey Jedi Strange! I never disappeared really, I am mostly active at the IJRS, but I will be floating here more often now. Hope all is well and MTFBWY!

Thanks Jedi Phoenix, all is well as can be. I checked out the IJRS - it looks very professional, and shows the jedi in a good light. You're in good company.

Those drills better make it to youtube so I can see it too! If you don't have a digicam, Stan, let me know. I'll send you one since we have an extra.

Hells yes!! I would love to do something like that. What a great idea to have a JRC youtube channel to share stuff on.
Maybe we can even do long distance hindu pushup/ squat challenges!!! (lil shoutout to Matt Furey)

Once on youtube you can go to our video section and add them there. It plays the youtube video right on the site here. Makes things easy and organized, just as an additional option.
