SITE AND POSTING POLICIES

1. No Personal Insults or Attacks. The Jedi Resource Center / Jedi Gatherings Group provides this site for our users to gather and discuss all things related to offline training and meetings. You are free to disagree with others, but personal abuse or attacks WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If you stoop to such a level, your post(s) will be removed and you risk being permanently banned.

2. No Obscene Language or Pictures. Keep in mind that many minors visit this site. Therefore, please refrain from using any vulgar language. Inappropriate words will be edited. This also applies to User Names. Accounts with inappropriate User Names may be edited or deleted. In the same way, signatures, personal avatars, and personal photos must be appropriate for all audiences as well.

3. No SPAM. Any SPAM, either via posting or private message, will be immediately deleted and the user banned. In addition, please do not spam by posting the same message in multiple forums without first requesting permission from a Site Administrator. Duplicate posts will otherwise be deleted.

4. Post in the Appropriate Forum. Please read each forum description before posting to ensure you are posting in the correct forum. Off topic posts will be moved to the correct forum.

5. No Multiple Accounts. Members are allowed one account per person. Do not register with multiple accounts or delete old accounts and register with new ones without first requesting permission from a Site Administrator. Deletion of accounts will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, if you wish to change your Display Name, you may do so by simply contacting a Site Administrator and the change can be made for you. Members with multiple User Names may have their extra accounts deleted and members with multiple infractions of this rule may be banned.

6. How this Site is Moderated. The Jedi Resource Center / Jedi Gatherings Group does not have any assigned moderators. However, the Site Administrators carefully read and monitor all posts. Chat room conversations are also logged, but are not reviewed unless requested. Unfortunately, due to the real time nature of this forum, we may not always be present on the boards when a serious infraction of the posting policies occurs. Please exercise patience, and if you see a post that you consider to be spam or feel is inappropriate, report it immediately so that we make respond as quickly as possible. We will use our best judgment in determining which posts should be moderated.

7. Administrator Rights The owners of Jedi Resource Center / Jedi Gatherings Group reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. It is not in our policy to delete posts or user accounts and we may deny requests to do so. The Site Administrators also reserve to e-mail the members. These e-mails will be very infrequent and will share only important updates and notifications.

8. Submitted content. By submitting content to this website, you are granting JediResourceCenter.org a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

9. Copyright Notice. All material posted on this site is copyrighted to the original author. Limited material may be quoted within the site, but no material may be taken from this site and used elsewhere without the permission of the original author. If you have found someone posting your work elsewhere please contact the Site Administrators as we have tools to help you in dealing with the issue.

10. Disclaimer Although the Administrators of the Jedi Resource Center / Jedi Gatherings Group will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, keep in mind that all messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of the Jedi Resource Center / Jedi Gatherings Group, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
